Black Vault Solutions (“Black Vault,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governs how information is collected, used, retained, protected, and disclosed in connection with Black Vault’s website, platform, payment flows, virtual card features, digital asset tools, partner systems, software, transaction systems, interfaces, and related services.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access or use the Services.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to every visitor, user, merchant, partner, applicant, client, counterparty, and any other person or entity that accesses, uses, submits information to, or interacts with Black Vault or the Services.

This Privacy Policy operates together with the Black Vault Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.

Information Black Vault May Collect

Black Vault may collect information provided directly by you, generated through use of the Services, created through transaction activity, or collected through security, compliance, risk, platform, and operational systems.

Identity and Contact Informationname, email address, phone number, business name, wallet address, account details, contact preferences, submitted forms, onboarding information, partner requests, support requests, and official communications.
Business and Merchant Informationbusiness type, website, service category, transaction purpose, operating region, expected activity, settlement preferences, risk profile, and information reasonably necessary to determine whether access should be granted, maintained, restricted, suspended, or terminated.
Transaction Informationpayment amounts, digital asset types, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, timestamps, settlement records, service fee records, card funding activity, swap activity, transaction status, transaction metadata, quote records, display currency records, and operational records connected to the Services.
Device and Technical InformationIP address, browser type, device type, operating system, access times, pages viewed, session activity, diagnostic logs, error logs, security event data, and usage patterns.
Risk, Security, and Platform Integrity Informationinformation used to detect, prevent, investigate, or respond to fraud, misuse, prohibited activity, suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, platform abuse, violations of the Terms of Service, or activity that may expose Black Vault, its systems, or its users to risk.
Cookies and Similar Technologiescookies, local storage, session tools, analytics signals, and similar technologies used to operate the Services, secure access, maintain sessions, detect abuse, improve performance, and protect platform integrity.

How Black Vault Uses Information

Black Vault uses information with purpose, restraint, and authority. Information is collected to operate, secure, enforce, improve, and defend the Services.

Black Vault may use information to provide the Services, process transactions, calculate fees, evaluate risk, prevent fraud, maintain records, enforce agreements, communicate operational notices, improve systems, comply with binding obligations, and protect Black Vault’s users, systems, infrastructure, property, legal rights, and operational integrity.

Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Black Vault may process information based on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate business interests, risk prevention, fraud prevention, security, platform integrity, protection and enforcement of legal rights, consent where required, and processing necessary to provide, secure, maintain, improve, or enforce the Services.

Disclosure of Information

Black Vault does not sell personal information.

Black Vault may disclose information only when it determines that disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate, protect, enforce, maintain, improve, investigate, defend, or preserve the Services, Black Vault’s rights, Black Vault’s systems, or Black Vault’s legal position.

Information may be disclosed when necessary to complete activity you initiate, support platform functions, maintain security, prevent fraud, investigate misuse, comply with law, respond to legal process, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, preserve business continuity, or protect Black Vault and its users.

Black Vault determines, in its sole discretion, what disclosure is reasonably necessary under the circumstances.

Blockchain and Public Transaction Data

Digital asset transactions may occur on public blockchain networks. Public blockchain networks are not owned, operated, or controlled by Black Vault. Transactions on public blockchains may be permanent, public, searchable, irreversible, and visible to others.

Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, timestamps, asset amounts, network activity, and related blockchain data may be publicly available. Black Vault cannot delete, hide, reverse, modify, suppress, or control information recorded on a public blockchain.

You are solely responsible for understanding the privacy risks associated with blockchain-based activity.

Currency, Asset, and Display Data

Black Vault may display amounts, quotes, fees, balances, transaction values, settlement values, card values, swap values, or reference values in one or more supported currencies, digital assets, stable-value units, or other supported denominations.

Such displays are used for calculation, reference, settlement display, user interface, transaction quoting, operational accounting, or platform functionality only.

The display or use of any currency, asset, symbol, denomination, payment method, route, network, or transaction value does not create submission to the laws, courts, agencies, regulators, monetary authority, or jurisdiction of the country, issuer, network, or authority associated with that currency, asset, symbol, denomination, payment method, route, network, or transaction value.

Security

Black Vault uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction.

However, no digital system is absolute. No wallet, device, blockchain network, website, server, storage method, transmission method, access system, or security measure can be guaranteed fully secure.

You are responsible for securing your own devices, wallets, passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, accounts, email access, authentication methods, browser environment, and operational security.

Black Vault is not responsible for losses caused by compromised devices, exposed credentials, phishing, malware, wallet compromise, private key loss, user error, unauthorized access, or failure to maintain proper security controls.

Data Retention

Black Vault retains information for as long as it determines reasonably necessary to operate the Services, enforce agreements, preserve records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, support audits, comply with legal obligations, and protect legal rights.

Certain information may be retained after account closure, declined access, suspended access, transaction completion, or discontinued use where retention is required or permitted by law, necessary for compliance, necessary for fraud prevention, necessary for legal defense, necessary for security, or necessary for legitimate business purposes.

Black Vault may retain anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified information indefinitely.

Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or other action regarding certain personal information. Requests may be submitted to contact@blackvault.solutions.

Black Vault may require identity verification before processing any request. Black Vault may deny, limit, delay, or reject requests where permitted by law, including where information must be retained for compliance, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, tax records, transaction records, legal defense, security, dispute resolution, operational integrity, or legitimate business purposes.

International Access

Black Vault is Nevis-focused and operates under the laws of Nevis, St. Kitts & Nevis.

If you access the Services from outside Nevis, St. Kitts & Nevis, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored in, accessed from, or processed in jurisdictions necessary to operate the Services.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that privacy, financial, tax, consumer protection, electronic transactions, and regulatory laws may differ from those in your location, and that Black Vault’s obligations are governed by Nevis law except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Where mandatory privacy, consumer protection, financial, tax, sanctions, electronic transactions, or regulatory laws apply and cannot be waived by contract, Black Vault will comply only to the extent legally required.

Black Vault does not voluntarily submit to any jurisdiction beyond what is legally required.

Children

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years old. Black Vault does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If Black Vault becomes aware that information has been collected from a person under 18, Black Vault may delete such information or take any other action it determines appropriate.

No Guarantee of Complete Privacy

Black Vault is built with privacy and security in mind, but no digital environment can guarantee absolute privacy.

You acknowledge that internet activity, blockchain transactions, wallet activity, network metadata, device information, security logs, transaction records, currency displays, quote records, operational records, and legal obligations may create records outside Black Vault’s control.

You are responsible for understanding the limits of digital privacy before using the Services.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Black Vault may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates may be posted through the website, platform, or other official Black Vault channel. Updated versions become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued access to or use of the Services after updates are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
